The company was founded on May 4, 2018 by Sky Li (李炳忠; Li Bingzhong), who was former vice president of Oppo. Realme also produces a wide variety of other products such as earphones, wireless earphones, T-shirts, bags, fitness bands, smartwatches, etc.
